Setting The Standard

When Co-Directors Colin O’Hara and Nigel Dixon made this statement 10 years ago, it outlined their desire to exceed expectations and provide the highest quality of product and service. To “Set The Standard” was the motivation behind the company’s inception in 1998. From humble beginnings in a small garage on the east coast of England, Electro-Tec commenced its journey to reach this objective.

A decade on, Electro-Tec are located only 10 miles from its birthplace with staff employed within the head office and factory in England and a European office in Spain. The company has a network of distributors and agents worldwide and has been involved with some of the world’s most prestigious developments.

With many new product developments along the way, including L.E.D. lighting, Remote Metering and corrosion proof Service Pedestals Electro-Tec have continually “Set The Standard” and will continue to do so.

Quality is fundamental to our objectives and as a result of this, Electro-Tec are an ISO 9001:2000 company and is externally audited annually to ensure our quality systems conform to stringent regulations. Electro-Tec has several accreditations and are members of the following Organisations:

All products are manufactured to both ISO9001 and our own internal quality system. Full manuals are provided with all products with detailed quality control and test information.
